At MirrorClub, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review the details below for information regarding processing and shipping timelines.

 

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Handmade Graphic Items

Some MirrorClub pieces feature handmade graphics, which require additional time to ensure exceptional quality. These items may take an additional 1–3 business days to process before shipment. We appreciate your patience as each piece is carefully crafted.

 

Preorder Items

Preorder items are excluded from standard processing times. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the specified timeframe.

 

Shipping Delays & Communication

In the event of unexpected delays, MirrorClub is committed to transparency. Any extended lead times will be communicated promptly via email or direct message.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. MirrorClub is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

What if my package is lost or marked as delivered but not received?

We understand how frustrating this can be and are here to help.

If your package is lost or missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date at mirrorclubofficial@gmail.com or direct message @shopmirrorclub on instagram.

-MirrorClub will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

-A waiting period is required while the carrier completes its investigation.

-Replacements are offered on a case-by-case basis once the claim is resolved.

-MirrorClub is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
