What is your exchange policy?
We want you to love your MirrorClub pieces. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to offer exchanges to ensure you feel confident and comfortable in your purchase.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
-Exchanges are limited to size adjustments of the same item, subject to availability.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping. A return label will be issued upon request. New Item will not ship until original is received.
-If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Each order is eligible for one exchange.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for a full refund to your original form of payment. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
-Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
-Items must be free of stains, odors, makeup, pet hair, and damage. No refund will be provided if damage to the item is because of the customer.
-Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
-Sale items, limited releases, and promotional purchases are final sale.
-Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
